We started in 2016 with two people and a shared office in Adamsley. The idea was simple: give small and mid-sized businesses access to the kind of strategic advice that large corporates buy from the Big Four, but at fees that make sense for a company turning over £2m to £50m.
Eight years later we have twelve consultants, each with at least a decade of industry experience before joining us. Our backgrounds include supply chain management, financial planning, HR leadership and digital transformation. Nobody on the team has spent their whole career in consulting; everyone has run departments, managed P&Ls or built teams inside real businesses.
